After we recovered from the attack of the Black Dragon Ninjas, gathered up all the bodies and finished recruiting, we were finally ready to start our journey south.

Until of course, about 300 or so Cannibals decided we were a good source of meat! Absolutely incredible amounts arrived at our base, lagging out my computer with the ridiculously giant battle that happened!

Luckily each individual cannibal was pretty weak, so the battle wasnt too intense but the stacks and stacks of dead bodies was hard for my PC to handle. We finally drove them off, and managed to capture a few survivors to add to our Work Slave squad.

Susie managed to somehow wander off, making it a good kilometer away from the base before running afoul of some Scavengers. She was not able to fight them off, being knocked out, but the Dragon Ninjas came to her rescue, with the added bonus of capturing 3 more Scavengers! Those guys come with high stats so make excellent additions to the Dragon Ninjas.
