[INGREDIENTS]

For the Fish Kofta :

Single pc gada part of chital fish
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Pinch of Turmeric powder
Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp)
Roasted cumin / zeera powder (1/2 tsp)
Onion ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)
Few slices of red chilli
1 egg
Chopped coriander leaves
Besan / Gram flour (1/3 cup)
Refined oil (1 tsp)
Refined oil for frying

For the gravy :

2 bay leaves
2 small cinnamon sticks
3 green cardamoms
3-4 cloves
Onion ginger garlic paste (3 tbsp)
Tomato puree (2 medium size)
Kashmiri red chilli powder (1 tsp)
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder (1/4 tsp)
Roasted cumin / zeera powder (1/2 tsp)
Coriander / Dhaniya powder (1/2 tsp)
Cashew paste (3 tbsp)
Garam masala powder (1/4 tsp)
Chopped coriander leaves
