Thanksgiving Recipe | Stuffed Cornish Hen With Sticky Rice

Thanksgiving is approaching, that means it is time for a thanksgiving recipe! For this year we will learn how to make stuffed cornish game hen! If you are looking for a new recipe or if you're having a small gathering for thanksgiving, this stuffed hen is perfect for a small serving.

If you’re using a game hen then it can be a cute way to serve each person a WHOLE hen! Instead of making a whole turkey which we always have leftover of.

For today’s stuffed cornish game hens recipe we won’t be using the traditional thanksgiving stuffing. We will be making stuffed hen with a twist! Instead of stuffing the hen with a classic thanksgiving stuffing we will use sticky rice (Lo Mai Fan) to stuff out cornish hen with.
