In this infographic, we illustrate the book "Tricky Tijden" by Jitske Kramer. The book discusses the three phases of transformation that individuals, groups, and societies go through: the separation phase, transition phase, and integration phase.

We are currently in a transition phase, a period of uncertainty and change where old structures are questioned and new paths are sought. This phase, called liminality, offers opportunities for innovation but also brings dangers such as permanent liminality, addiction to experiences, wild stories, trickster logic, and intense power struggles.

To achieve successful transformations, we need to break patterns, connect, and critically examine ourselves. Together, we can shape a new reality.
