Sago dessert is a popular Chinese dessert, it is made with taro, tapioca seed and coconut as main ingredients. Below is my recipe for this drink.

Ingredients;
150g tapioca peal
3 litre water
400g sugar
400g taro
1 can condense milk
1 can evaporate milk
1 can coconut milk

Methods;

Soak the tapioca peal in cold water over night and drain ( you can use a combination of colour and size for presentation )
Chopped the taro into small cubes and boilit in medium heat in water for about 25-30 minutes until it is soft.
Add the tapioca peal and stir for couple of minutes.
Add coconut, condense and evaporate milk.
Add sugar.
Turn heat off when it begins to boil.
