Remember to go slow, don't push at all past a comfortable, good stretch, work with where you are at each day, maybe even gently increase the stretch as you exhale slowly.

1. Stretch Palmar Longus and wrist flexors for 3-5 mins, remember to have a bent elbow, and only allow the wrist to be where it comfortably rests, focusing on improving that range of motion 1-3 times per week.

2. Roll your forearms 1-3 times weekly for 3-5 minutes
