Dhaba Style Paneer Masala

In this recipe Paneer Masala prepared in a dhaba style full of rustic flavour. Paneer masala is a famous Indian cuisine. This is made from fresh cottage cheese cut in square cubes. Lots of verities of Masala is used to prepare this. This goes well with naan or parathas.

Ingredients:-
• Paneer- 250 gm
• Onion – 1cup chopped
• Tomato – 2 big size (1 cup )
• Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
• Turmeric- 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri chilli powder-1tbsp
• Cumin powder-1tsp
• Coriander powder-1tsp
• Garam masala powder -1tsp
• Kasuri methi-1tbsp
• Curd -3tbsp
• Ghee -1tbsp
• Oil -1tbsp
• Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
• Whole garam masala-(Dry red chilly, Big cardamom, small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
