डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा थाना अंतर्गत पाड़वा निवासी लीला दर्जी ने अपनी व्यथा सुनाते हुए कहा कि उसकी शादी सागवाड़ा शहर के गामाठावाड़ा निवासी महेश चंद्र दरजी के साथ हुई थी। सामाजिक रीति रिवाज के अनुसार शादी होने के बाद उसने एक पुत्र को जन्म भी दिया है जो 1 वर्ष का है उसने बताया की शादी के बाद इसी वर्ष मार्च महीने में उसके पति ने किसी कारणवश मानसिक तनाव के या और किसी वजह से अपने ही घर में अपने प्राण त्याग दिए उस समय वह अपने घर पर नहीं थी वह अपने पिहर पाड़वा गांव गई हुई थी जब इसकी सूचना उसे मिली तो तुरंत वह अपने घर पहुंची इससे पहले उसके पति का अंतिम संस्कार उसके परिवार वालों ने करवा दिया और इसकी जानकारी ना तो पुलिस को दी और ना ही अस्पताल में पोस्टमार्टम करवाया मौत के कारणों का खुलासा नहीं हो पाया इसके कुछ दिनों के बाद में उसके परिवार के ससुर और सास ने उसको प्रताड़ित करना शुरू कर दिया और उसे घर में रहने नहीं दे रहे हैं बार-बार उसे घर से भगा दिया जाता है और गाली गलौज करते हुए लड़ाई झगड़ा किया जाता है परेशान होकर उसने पुलिस अधीक्षक को न्याय की गुहार लगाई है क्या कहती है इस संबंध में पिडित महिला सुनिए जरूर
