In humble abode, not grand estates,
Nor lofty towers, my dwelling awaits.
I aspire to reside, serene and keen,
Within my guru's contemplative sheen.

I seek refuge at the feet of my guru;
I desire nothing else with this body and mind
Guru, the mother and father, life's core,
In the guru's grace, existence I explore.
The taste of devotion, a sublime delight,
A flavor unique, in every bite.
No delicacy, however grand,
Matches the sweetness, guru-blessed land

In the river of life, the guru is the boatman,
Guiding us across, with wisdom afloat.
The guru, the key to every lock,
The guiding light , in wisdom’s bespoke
As shepherd to sheep, the guru leads,
Into the field, where destiny breeds.
