Carbon Fiber for Daily Cyclists

Carbon fiber is the most amazing bike material. Bike builders can finely tailor the way a carbon fiber bike rides. They can be stiff when putting power through the pedals yet compliant enough to dampen a road vibrations and be comfortable for hours in the saddle, all while being the lightest material to available to make a bike out of. But carbon fiber has one fatal flaw, especially for daily non-competitive cyclists: it can kill you.
