Bikin martabak manis (terang bulan)sering gagal atau tidak bersarang maksimal? Pernah bertanya kenapa kalau abang jualan martabak selalu berhasil? Tentu ada tips and tricksnya! Di video ini aku berbagi rahasia untuk membuat martabak manis dengan teflon rumahan, ikuti saja langkahnya dan dijamin 100% berhasil.

Resep Martabak Teflon

Bahan 1:
225 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
20 gr tepung maizena / tang mien / tapioka
30 gr gula pasir
250 ml air
1 butir telur
¾ sdt baking powder

Bahan 2:
50 ml air
¾ sdt baking soda
2 sdt perisa pandan / vanila / sesuai selera
Gula pasir secukupnya

Topping (sesuai selera):
Mentega / margarin
Susu kental manis
Keju
Wijen sangrai

Langkah:
1. Buat adonan martabak. Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, gula, dan air. Aduk menggunakan mixer hingga semua bahan menyatu.
2. Masukkan telur dan baking powder, lalu aduk rata
3. Diamkan adonan minimal 1 jam
4. Bagi adonan menjadi dua, untuk yang vanila dan pandan
5. Panaskan teflon di api sedang
6. Untuk adonan vanila, campurkan baking soda dengan air, aduk rata. Untuk adonan pandan, campurkan baking soda, air, dan perisa pandan, aduk rata
7. Masukkan campuran baking soda dan perisa vanila ke adonan pertama, aduk rata. Masukkan campuran baking soda dan perisa pandan ke adonan kedua, aduk rata
8. Tuang adonan vanila ke teflon, ratakan adonan agar menempel di pinggiran teflon
9. Tunggu hingga gelembung-gelembung naik, kecilkan api sedikit
10. Taburkan gula pasir di atasnya untuk membantu gelembung-gelembung pecah
11. Setelah bersarang, tutup adonan masak hingga matang dan bagian atasnya tidak lengket
12. Tuang adonan pandan ke teflon. Masak seperti adonan yang pertama
13. Setelah martabak matang, segera olesi dengan mentega di seluruh permukaannya
14. Belah martabak menjadi dua
15. Taburkan dengan keju parut, wijen, dan susu kental manis
16. Tumpuk martabak menjadi satu, lalu potong menjadi beberapa bagian
17. Martabak Manis siap disajikan

The Secret to 100% Success! Home Cook’s Teflon Sweet Martabak (Indonesian Pancake) Recipe

Do you often fail or end up making dense Sweet Martabak (Indonesian Pancake)? There are some tips and tricks behind it! In this video, I’m sharing the secret of making sweet martabak with the Teflon you have at home. Follow the steps and you’re guaranteed 100% success.

Sweet Teflon Martabak Recipe

Ingredients 1:
225 g medium-protein flour
20 g cornstarch / Tang Mien flour / tapioca flour
30 g sugar
250 ml water
1 egg
3/4 tsp baking powder

Ingredients 2:
50 ml water
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp Pandan / Vanilla essence, to taste
Sugar as needed

Toppings (to your preference):
Butter / margarine
Condensed milk
Cheese
Toasted sesame seeds

Steps:
1. Make the Martabak batter. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, and water. Mix with mixer until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
2. Add the egg and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour.
4. Divide the batter into two, for Vanilla and Pandan flavors.
5. Place the Teflon on medium heat.
6. For the Vanilla-flavored batter, combine the baking soda with water and mix well. For the Pandan-flavored batter, combine the baking soda, water, and Pandan essence and mix well.
7. Add the baking soda mix and Vanilla essence to the first batter and mix well. Add the baking soda mix and Pandan essence to the second batter and mix well.
8. Pour the Vanilla-flavored batter to the Teflon. Swivel the pan so the batter sticks to the edges of the Teflon.
9. Wait until the bubbles rise. Then, lower the heat.
10. Sprinkle some sugar on top to help the bubbles burst.
11. After the surface is covered with holes, cover the pan and let it cook until the surface is not sticky anymore.
12. Pour the Pandan-flavored batter to the Teflon. Cook just like the first batter.
13. After the Martabak is cooked, spread some butter on the entire surface right away.
14. Cut the Martabak into two.
15. Top with grated cheese, sesame seeds, and condensed milk.
16. Stack the Martabak on top of one another and cut into several pieces.
17. Sweet Martabak is ready to serve.
