I recently visited an incredible open air museum in West Stow, Suffolk, where a gigantic experimental archaeology project lead to the construction of an Anglo Saxon village from the 7th Century AD.

Explore this beautiful site with me, as we find out how the Saxons built their homes, various types of construction methods, and what each building was used for.
