Crepe recipe with whipped cream and blueberries | Arcane season 2

I’m absolutely in love with Jinx and Eco, so after I saw this episode from season 2 I knew I had to try making what Eco eats on the other time line. I don’t really know if it is a crepe, pancakes or what it really is, but because I can’t get the French song from this episode out of my head I decided to make crepes. Here I leave you a pretty easy recipe of crepes with whipped cream and blueberry topping. Hope you enjoy it.

Recipe ingredients:

Crepes:
1 1/2 cup Butter
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp Sugar

Whipped Cream:
200ml Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Powder Sugar
30gr Cream Cheese


Blueberry topping:
250gr Blueberries
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
Half a lemon
