It takes a special kind of band to goof on the various facets of American culture and still be so charming about it. MAXIMUM THE HORMONE has quickly become one of my new favorite bands and this new song exemplifies why I love them. Heavy, fast, melodic, chaotic, and pretty funny too. Koi No America does so many things right.

After I take a shot at understanding the origins of this song, an attempt was made to play some of this...I did as well as one could with a slightly broken guitar.

I won't link to the original video because I feel like this is more important. It is THE OFFICIAL demonstration on how to sing/dance to Koi No America. I plan on practicing daily in order to become more hormonal.
