How to make Burong Mangga

You will need:
3 Sterilized bottle jars (you can recycle your old jars)
3 medium green mangoes
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar (depending on your preferred sweetness, you can add or lessen the amount of sugar)
3 tsp salt

1. Peel mangoes.
2. Cut them.
3. Arrange them inside glass jars.
4. Boil water.
5. Add sugar and salt.
6. Cool
7. Pour the syrup inside the jars.
8. And we're done.
9. Refrigerate. Leave for a couple of days inside the ref.
9. Serve alongside your favorite food.
