Professor Jennifer Stow is a molecular cell biologist at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience at University of Queensland. Her research group studies macrophage functions and target molecules for controlling inflammatory cytokines in disease.

The Stow group has cutting-edge expertise in microscopy and imaging; fluorescence and live cell imaging, EM and immuno-EM and in molecular tagging, expression, CRISPR technologies and cell-based quantitative assays. The group works as part of the IMB Centre for Inflammation and Disease Research

Key proteins we work on: Rabs and other GTPases, SNAREs, signalling adaptors and kinases, PI3Ks, immune receptors.
