All provide more or less the same variety of options when it comes to mechanical advantages. Some provide more coverage than others.

Blood Splatter, Blood Shot, Bloodtrail are universal moves that provide all the synergy that Skarlet needs. In conjunction you're able to Leave them restanded with a +7 and +9 advantage. While also being able to mix them and get a launcher into restand with BF3xx + DB3xx ~ generic Skarlet pressure.

Red Mist has uses and is able to synergies with Red Rain + Boiling Point, but the need to lose blood tongue is not a welcoming omission. Would rather use Bloodport for most coverage. Parry or Shield depending on needs. But if the name is to rush down, it will provide that extra layer that tongue negates.

Retch-Rebution was a big let down, BP being better overall for damage output and advantage on knockdown which provides you all the frames necessary to set up red rain route, normal pressure, back up and keep that optimal space outside the corner and technically outclasses this move. RR Only gives you the ability to combo into 44 and out side of mid screen space it ends up taking more than it gives.

Cell Siphon is the OG route for restanding in general and it's definitely the GOAT for that purpose, but it's usage in the corner is also out ranked by DB3 restand or even BF3, BF2, DB4 advantages. Which again don't need that type of restand.
