Modernizing legal case management will drastically improve the justice sector in Haiti. To ensure better management of ongoing legal cases, USAID Justice Sector Strengthening Program (JSSP) in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and High Judicial Council (CSPJ) initiated and implemented the Case Management Information System (CMIS) in 11 jurisdictions in Haiti.
