Getting great sounds from Mesa Boogie Express

Mesa Boogie Express 5:50 combo with stock speaker (Mesa C90 Black Shadow). Amp settings are shown on video, as well as my rough characterizations on the sounds I get.

Mic: Shure SM58 (my 57 seemed to be broken, so I had to use this)
Guitar pickups: Tonerider Pure Vintage (neck & middle), DiMarzio Fast Track 1 (bridge)

Going straight to amp, no effect pedals whatsoever. The "Contour" function was NOT used. Some reverb added in post.
