Inibehe Effiong Views the Musawa NYSC Controversy as a Criminal Offense

The Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa has denied making any statement concerning her NYSC status as a serving minister.
This is as controversy surrounding the minister hasdeepened in the past days following the disclosure by the NYSC that the Mrs Musawa is currently undergoing her national youth service, sparking calls from her critics that she should vacate office.
It was alleged that during her confirmation, the minister said she participated in the mandatory one year NYSC in 2003, but the Government agency says she absconded from the service midway and withheld her certificate.
