Why and How to Use Hiking Poles

In this video I'm using my favourite shock-absorbing hiking poles, the Aihoye Trekking Poles which you get from Amazon here:

They're lightweight, have endured considerable abuse and, have built-in shock-absorbing springs. Shock absorbing makes a lot of difference going downhill!
