The Bob Harvey Collection: Sydney and Melbourne Trams

8mm footage featuring Sydney's and Melbourne's trams (and trains) in the 1950s and 60s as filmed by the late Bob Harvey. This film was copied to DVD some years ago and contains highlights such as:

1. Early days of Parramatta Park Steam Tramway in the 1950's.
2. R1 1951 or 1992 in 1954 Royal Visit Livery passing Sydney Dental Hospital.
3. Colour footage of the Balmain Counterweight Dummy.
4. Ballast Motor 42s whilst under the guise of L707.
5. The Sydney Tramway Museum circa 1964/65 prior to opening at the old site.
6. Melbourne W2, W5 and SW6 class trams.
7. Bourke Street prior to the return of trams.
8. Melbourne Tait trains.
