5TPH CIP Gold Processing Plant in Tanzania

This is a 5TPH CIP gold processing plant project working site in Tanzania. There is a big platform before the hopper which is convenient for puring the raw rock gold ore into it. The first jaw crusher is for coarse rock gold ore crushing to get size 80-100 mm material. The second jaw crusher is for fine rock ore crushing to get small size 20-25mm material. After the second crushing machine the gold ore goes to the wet grinding ball mill to get 0-0.4 mm size product.
The small fine powder will go to a slurry tank; use two slurry pumps to pump the slurry into a thickener. Before the slurry is transported into the thickener, there is one safety screen to screen some waste first, The under screen will go to the inside thickener directly. At the same time, the flocculant is required to add for the thickener. The overflow water from the thickener goes to settling ponds, which can be recycled after precipitation.
The underflow from the thickener will flow into a mixing tank. Then use a slurry pump or to pump the material into 2pcs leaching tanks. After leaching processing, double impeller adsorption agitation tank with carbon and Roots blower(work for adsorption agitation tank), The Gold-loaded carbon will be transported to a linear vibration screen to remove trash, Then Gold-loaded carbon will go to normal temperature and normal pressure Desorption electrolysis system, will get gold mud after electrolytic. Then dry gold mud in the drying oven. Finally, use a Gold smelting furnace to melt the gold bar.
