UPDATE:

If your distro does not ship with the R8188EU module, please re-compile your kernel after setting STAGING and CONFIG_R8188EU to `y`

Alternatively, you could try the standalone driver at https://github.com/lwfinger/rtl8188eu. I've tested and confirmed it works on the kernel 5.2 and 5.6.

If you run into issue with GNOME NetworkManager does not list any SSID, please check https://forums.raptorcs.com/index.php... for solution.
