Yukon is an expert in the holistic manipulation of sound with experience in virtually every part of record making. In mastering he is able to identify and compensate for issues while having the skill to objectively listen to a record, hear it’s strengths and intentions, then use his setup to enhance that energy for the audience.

Adam “Yukon'' Harr has played music his whole life but at a young age, learned that listening to music is what inspires him. He played the trumpet in school and with the Monterey Jazz Festival before studying music at CSU, Chico and then audio engineering at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences. Adam got his start in Los Angeles as a Staff Engineer at EastWest Studios and then Glenwood Place Studios, where he worked with renowned artists like Cheap Trick, Frank Ocean and Bruno Mars as well as some of the best record producers and engineers like Alan Parsons, Rick Rubin, Pharrell and Eddie Kramer. And along the way he picked up the nickname Yukon; for looking like everyone's favorite mountain man.

In the after hours, Yukon would use the professional recording studios to polish his friends' and coworkers' music; using the unique analog recording equipment from each room. He was fascinated with how mastering could focus and fine-tune the energy of any song. So eventually, Yukon took a Production Engineer position with Lurssen Mastering, where working with professional analog mastering allowed him to start understanding the fine nuances that allow records to sound their best.
