NC v Taz Zarka: No Decision in Aggravating Factor Penalty Phase

The jury in Taz Zarka's trial told the judge they couldn't reach a unanimous decision in the aggravating factors in the penalty phase. Taiseer 'Taz' Zarka is charged with the second-degree murder of Mark Garrity Jr., a customer who had come into his convenience store and appeared to steal a drink.
