How To Properly De interlace Videos To 50 or 60 Fps Progressive

Just a little tutorial I thought I would throw out there. There are many tutorials out here on how to do this, but many of them only cover basic deinterlacing via field blending which only gives you half of the frame rate you would get if you were to do it right, plus most of those tutorials use payed software. But why use payed software when there's a perfectly good free alternative? So here I will show you how to use the freeware handbrake video converter to PROPERLY de-interlace and interlaced video and get the full 50 or 60 fps frame rate. This can be especially useful for those of you who want to upload video to YouTube that were interlaced as YouTube itself does not yet have any deinterlacing feature (that I know of) to do so itself.
