Dear Sewing Friends, in this video tutorial we will be making a puffy princess sleeve blouse. I call it a princess sleeve since it reminds of the sleeve style in Disney movies, but it might as well be a short peasant sleeve. Call it as it suits you :) The best thing is that this blouse is REALLY easy to make, no shoulder seam, perfect for spring/summer and you can even make it into a dress.
