JANUARY 2026 UPDATE

This is an update broadcast to our Emergency Christian Leaders Meetings held on December 9 and December 17, 2025.

Since these meetings, over 30,000 Christians across Canada have engaged with this initiative.

The House of Commons has been on break since before Christmas. Parliament returns on January 26th — and Bill C-9 has not gone anywhere.

It is time for Christians to ramp up our opposition to this bill.

In this update:
MP Andrew Lawton gives an update on where things stand with Bill C-9. What is he hearing from across the country? Has the response been enough? What can Christians do before Parliament returns?
We are hearing internally that the Liberal Party does not have a consensus on this — public pressure is what we need now.
