Video recording Monday, September 21, 2020, on gorgeous sunny midday, in two sequential flight.

Always wanted to film surfers riding the River waves over the Rapids. This is the second time I went to this location on the River close to the Old Port, in front of Habitat '67. In this sortie made two successive flights because had to swap batteries.

This time I took off from the top of the path taken by the surfers before they start descending to the River Rapids level. The challenge was to fly the quad through a narrow opening between the trees to get over the Rapids, then had to lower altitude to gain a closer view of the Surfers.

After filming them, gained altitude to get a view of Habitat '67 complex, then flew it over the Old Port towards the Island Sainte-Helene, and flew back to film some more surfers.

Because the battery was getting bellow 30&, I flew towards the shore through a narrow opening between the tree leaves and landed on a narrow field over the PGYTECH 50 x 50 cm landing mat, which was quite a feat.

The Mavic Air 2 is a reliable, smooth flyer. very responsive and precise to the control sticks. A speedy, powerful quad, with an outstanding camera, a super robust communication link, with a very-clear remote video FPV image.

The Mavic Air 2 FPV (First Person View) camera was recording on HDR Auto at 4 K / 30 FPS.

The RunCam 5 video camera was RPV (Remote Person View) recording at 2.7 K / 60 FPS mounted on my hat.
