a map based faction selection for bannerlord (1.3.x),
faster then expected i got all bugs fixed that where left so final version done

new in Release:
a lot of bug fixes
Factions are pulsing with their banner
playable factions banners glow in red for evil and yellow for good (like the small indicator pins)

note:
mini images and flags are only placeholders that can be replaced dynamically without sprite registration

general:
new ui
better flags
mini faction images
fully configurable factions by json
can be marked as playable or not
can be bound to ingame cultures
define faction color, name decriptions etc.
playable factions have marked their home town by a red flag pin
all playable factions will pulse and showing their name on tooltip randomly
hover shows factions name
selection shows big flag with symbol and faction color and the description in the right panel
non playable factions can be selected showing less effects
none faction areas can not be selected or hovered
special faction selection on an image map
all dynamic images not baked in sprites so can be changed easily by replace or new generate
custom polygon control
