Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1¼ tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp ground mustard
• 2 cups elbow pasta
• 3½ cups beef broth
• 2½ cups cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomato paste and all seasonings.
4. Add pasta and beef broth, stir well.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Once pasta is tender, remove from heat and stir in cheese.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
