Hey Chalkers, I can’t with people sometimes. I spent over an hour, explaining how the customer wasn’t overcharged😡😡😡! During, this time he was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. Not to mention, the dirty words he called me!
Customer: oh, I see where, I made the mistake
Bad side: the blind man, down the street would of seen it before his rass
Me: no problem, just happy I was able to assist! You have a nice day
Customer: wait
Me: yes, was there, something else
Customer: yes can you refund charges per good customer service
Bad side: the man must be joking! I don’t know, what his rass is smoking, but needs to quit!
Me: Unfortunately, I won’t be refunding charges that are valid. You can feel free to contact customer relation
Customer: i ant to speak to a supervisor
Me: it’s your lucky day, no need to hold for a supervisor I’m a supervisor on duty! Refunds are provided when the company has made an error, and we need to fix a mistake. Errors on your part, is your responsibility to handle.
Customer: I’m reporting you
Me: definitely hang on for survey at the end of this call.
