Formed a strong first impression when we visited Chiang Mai in April 2023. There was enough to see, eat, do & shop without getting overwhelmed, and most importantly, the traffic was smooth. In this vlog, I (Carol) returned to Chiang Mai with my parents so that they can experience its serenity. March was supposed to be springtime but locals mentioned the weather should have been cooler than what we experienced.
