Artist Bio: Gringo's Paradise was born in Lisbon from the union of Brazilian immigrants that lived in diverse places around the world like Hawaii and Ireland.
The band’s name is a satire that criticizes gentrification and unequal socioeconomic exchange between countries.
Ex-members of punk rock/hardcore bands decided to create a project that invites listeners to embrace a bit of joy amid the chaos of modern life.
The band released their first single called "Social Constructions" in September of 2024.
"Social Constructions" is a lyrical and musical metaphor that incentives people to reflect and fight against some structural constraints.
Their first EP 'Too Much Fun' just came out. It tackles major contemporary themes: modern ways of socialization through the internet, new work-life balance dynamics, anxiety and social inequality.
The songs are a statement in themselves: to contrast the thought-provoking lyrics, they created high-energy, rich-sounding music that aims to make people dance and interact.
