This video is for anybody actively searching for a brand new home from Tampa to Sarasota for a 2022 closing, or even 2-3 years down the line. The communities mentioned in this video aren't selling just yet, but will be opening very very soon.
If you are a subscriber to my YouTube channel or up to date with the current market, you will know it is very hard to get under contract for a new home right now, due to labor and materials shortages across the board. My hope is that once construction can catch up with the demand for new homes, the communities mentioned in this video will be able to alleviate some of the pressure on the current new homes on offer today.
