Hey guys! a few weeks ago I thought it would be fun to try intermittent fasting! I honestly didn’t really know what I was doing BUT I lost weight, got great results and learned a lot! Also I was starving and suffered every day but that’s all part of the experience lol

Banana protein pancake recipe:
1 banana
1/3 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 scoop protein powder
3 tbsp almond milk
1 egg
Chocolate chips :)
