For this arm workout, I use classic exercises to tone the upper body. We are exercising for 45seconds and 5 secondsrest.Try 4 rounds!After eachround,we will rest for 2 minutes!If youneed to rest during exercises, please take a rest!

▸Flyout and Press
▸T-Planks
