Ingredients:
• Boiled sweet corn – 2 cups
• Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
• Fresh cream or hung curd – 2 tbsp (optional, for extra creaminess)
• Chopped onion – ¼ cup
• Chopped capsicum – ¼ cup (use red, yellow, or green for color)
• Chopped tomato (seedless) – ¼ cup
• Chopped cucumber – ¼ cup
• Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Chaat masala – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Instructions:
1. Boil the Corn:
Boil sweet corn kernels for 3–4 minutes, then drain and let them cool slightly.
2. Mix the Veggies:
In a large bowl, add boiled corn, onion, capsicum, tomato, and cucumber.
3. Add Creaminess:
Add mayonnaise and fresh cream (or hung curd). Mix well until all the veggies are coated evenly.
4. Season:
Add black pepper, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix again.
5. Garnish:
Sprinkle fresh coriander and give it a final toss.
Serving Tip:
Serve it chilled for the best flavor! You can also top it with grated cheese or crushed nachos for a fun twist
