Ingredients for Walnut Chocolate Brownie:

9 tbsp (135gm) - Butter (मक्खन)
180 gm - Dark Chocolate (Roughly Chopped) (डार्क चॉकलेट)
27 tbsp (250gm) - Maida (All purpose Flour) (मेडा)
9 tbsp (100gm) - Powdered Sugar (चीनी पाउडर)
12 tbsp (180ml) - Milk (दूध)
1 tsp - Vanilla Essence (वनीला सार)
1/4 tsp - Salt (नमक)
1 & 1/2 tbsp - Walnuts (Chopped) (अखरोट)
1 tbsp - Choco Chips (चोको चिप्स)
Some Walnuts and Choco Chips for toppings
8 x 8 inch - Baking Tray (बेकिंग ट्रे)


Method and Preparation:
In a bowl add 9 tbsp Butter and 180gm Roughly chopped Dark Chocolate
Melt the Butter and Chocolate in oven for 15 sec in the microwave for quick melting
-Stir well until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture becomes smooth
-Add 27 tbsp Maida (All purpose flour)
-Add 9 tbsp Powdered Sugar
-Add 12 tbsp Milk
-Add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
-Add ¼ tsp Salt to taste
-Mix until well combined, and the batter is almost smooth
-Gently fold 1tbsp Choco Chips and 1 & ½ tbsp Chopped Walnuts into the batter
-In a 8x8 inch Square Microwave safe Baking Tray
-line it with Baking paper, and keep the Baking paper hanging over both sides
-Pour the batter evenly into the prepared Baking Tray
-Add some extra toppings of Chopped Walnuts and Choco Chips
-Preheat the oven at 356°F (180°C)
-Bake the brownie in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set
-Toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean
-Insert the toothpick in the center to check if the brownie is baked. If it comes out with wet batter, it is not done yet. But if it comes with a few crumbs, brownies are baked. Make sure not to overbake the brownies
-Remove from the oven and place the pan on the cooling rack
-Let it cool completely in the pan, remove and cut into the desired size of squares
