In our recent releases, we revealed how the crypto project Zeniq/Safir International was promoted as a lucrative investment opportunity, only to turn out to be a suspected Ponzi scheme.
Despite the collapse of such schemes, the masterminds don’t just disappear.
Certain individuals seem to have a liking for such fraudulent schemes – so much so that some of the key players from Zeniq/Safir have regrouped under the new name XERA.pro, calling themselves "the heart of innovation" and a "global movement."
Some who previously operated in the background are now attempting to build new castles in the air for potential investors, such as Gernot Winter with his VOO Aviation Service, the so-called “Uber of the skies.”
The imagination in creating company names knows no bounds, but the methods remain the same: big promises up front, opaque structures, and psychological manipulation of consumers during grand events.
A New Start After Fraud Warnings: How XERA.pro Was Born:
XERA.pro is a reboot of the failed alleged Ponzi schemes ZENIQ / SAFIR THE BLOCKCHAIN ERA and SUCCESS FACTORY.
The "brand-new" platform is the result of a merger of several unregistered or unlicensed projects, which collapsed under the pressure of regulatory investigations in countries like Belgium, Russia, and the Baltics.
According to our information, those responsible are now attempting to deceive investors once again with XERA.pro, however, after a warning from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in April this year, XERA.pro may soon face another overhaul – at least in name and leadership.
Another key player in this MLM network is G. Winter, he is the founder of VOO Aviation Service, a company that presents itself as the future "Uber of the skies."
In his online presentations, Winter claims to improve efficiency and safety in the aviation industry through digitalization and tokenization of processes, Winter is not just the founder of VOO but was also involved with Zeniq/Safir and Xera.pro.
As we reported in our June release on Zeniq/Safir: Winter was also involved in the company Zentatec GmbH, previously known as "JUWELIS GmbH."
This company was sold to Winter by Erwin Dokter after the JUWELIS project stalled due to supply bottlenecks and internal conflicts, Winter was also active in the Lyoness / Lyconet network, connecting him with one of the most infamous and controversial pyramid / ponzi schemes in Europe.
XERA.pro uses supposedly innovative technologies like the crypto solutions LayerK and Wallek as well as the “QuantWize” trading bot to lure investors, however these offerings are suspected and appear to be poorly disguised Ponzi schemes where funds from new investors are used to pay out earlier participants.
The platform heavily relies on multi-level marketing (MLM) to recruit new investors through a network of “independent promoters.”
According to our findings, these allegedly fraudulent structures skillfully exploit people's psychological needs and fears: The platform promises a strong community where everyone can succeed and uses the illusion of success and exclusivity to pressure potential investors.
Another hallmark of well-known MLM systems is the mega-events for self-praise and smoke and mirrors, whether in Dubai, Budapest, or recently in Istanbul – you’ll always find familiar names on the speaker lists, such as Erwin Dokter, Werner Kaiser, and Swen Völkl alongside Nils Grossberg, Henk Diepbrink and now Goran Hemstrom being positioned at as the “so called” (Global Master Distributor).
