Roy Choi (@chefroychoi) is a chef and entrepreneur. He started the successful gourmet Korean-Mexican taco truck Kogi (@kogibbq) in 2008 with the goals of bringing "affordable good food to the people" and growing his community impact. The Kogi operation has grown to include several trucks, a full catering operation, pickup & delivery, a bar called Alibi Room, a Taqueria, and a rice bowl counter shop, Chego!

In Square's small business entrepreneurship series, My City, Roy Choi introduces us to three of his favorite Los Angeles business owners who are as dedicated as he is to building neighborhood, community, and their small businesses as local, socially minded enterprises.
