A productive day in CyberPump awaits you my friend! We are attacking upper body from every angle, building a physique that looks and feels amazing. Mobility, Strength & Muscle all being developed here with a variety of training techniques and effective exercises.

The program is 3 sessions per week (Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body) for 6 weeks.

Whether you're here for a one off session or you're joining me for the whole program I am happy to have you.

📖 FORMAT:
Mobility: 45s on / 15s off
Strength: Every 2 Minutes x 3 Sets
Accessory A: 45s on / 30s off (2 sets each)
Accessory B: 45s on / 30s off (2 sets each)
Finisher: Every Minute x 6 (2 sets)
Stretch: 50s on / 10s off

💡 Most workouts online advertise themselves with hype words about burning fat. I can’t in good conscience do that, as it isn’t true. But I understand it is a very common goal to want to change your body composition - which is why I created The Hero Handbook (linked below) - a FREE nutrition guide that teaches you all about nutrition and how to eat in a balanced, healthy way AND reach your goals, such as losing fat and building muscle.

💪 Strength Training is in many ways ‘boring and repetitive’. I always encourage people to find ways of exercising they enjoy - nothing will help long term consistency more than enjoyment. Whilst I do my BEST to construct and deliver training that is both effective and somewhat interesting I’m quick to point out getting results is also pretty compelling, so chasing novelty or changing things too regularly can undermine making consistent progress.
