Job description
Our esteemed client, based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef with in-depth knowledge of Levantine cuisine, particularly Syrian, Lebanese, and Palestinian dishes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a family of five, ensuring each dish is authentic, nutritious, and of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in private households and possess a strong command of both traditional and modern Levantine cooking methods. While a culinary certification is an advantage, it is not a strict requirement.

This position is open to both male and female candidates who demonstrate a true passion for culinary excellence in a private home setting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) according to the family’s preferences.
Specialize in authentic Levantine cuisine, with a focus on Syrian, Lebanese, and Palestinian dishes.
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Source and select high-quality, fresh ingredients for meal preparation.
Ensure a variety of healthy, well-balanced menu options.
Adapt meals according to dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
Sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas after meal preparation.
Occasionally prepare meals for family gatherings and special occasions.
Operate independently while maintaining a professional and discreet approach.
