Many things have changed when it comes to SEO. There are some simple hacks that just about any Shopify store owner can implement today to experience massive results.

Each hack should be implemented according to the # of products you have on your store but here are the hacks:
1) Tags
Insert SEO optimized keywords within the 'tags' section on the Shopify dashboard.

2) Product Type
Choose a specific product type that can generally describe the product to make it easier for Google to understand what the product is.

3) Vendor
Insert your store name for this section to add brand authority and show on the left side of the Google searches.

4) Collections
Choose a general collection name that isn't to narrowed or specific.

5) Images
Enter Image alt text for all of the images within your descriptions and main image section. Use SEO Optimizer by Booster Apps to make it easier.

6) Product Identifiers Management
Fill out key details related to the product inside the Feed for Google Shopping app.
