Oldham Dementia Hub

The Dementia Hub is a facilitated by Oldham memory assessment service and Dr Kershaw's Hospice.

It is designed to enable easier access to specialist dementia and palliative care teams for people impacted by dementia; to support with service navigation; and to offer a safe space for peer and social support, and network building.

The Dementia Hub has been running since November 2022; it has grown steadily and is now a significant contributor to post-diagnostic support in Oldham.
