♡ recipe: coconut raspberry bars
-almond base:
1 1/2C almond flour
1/4C maple syrup
1tbsp desiccated coconut
1Tbsp oats
peanut butter & date caramel:
1C peanut butter
1/2C maple syrup
1/2 soaked dates
1tsp vanilla
raspberry chia jam
1C frozen raspberries (microwave for 1minute +mash)
2tbsp chia seeds
2tbsp maple syrup
chocolate layer:
120g melted dark chocolate
1tbsp coconut oil

top with desiccated coconut, freeze for a few hours/overnight & enjoooyy ✨
