Christi Maybo will share her personal story about leading from within. Rising up to meet the challenges of life including two battles with cancer, serving in political office and other stories as her Soul guides. This deeply personal talk will inspire you to be the best you, you can be.
Bio
Christi Maybo is one part human and one part spirit. She literally weaves between both worlds and does her best to include you on the journey. From the time she was a small child, Christi was tapping into wisdom far beyond her years and that resource has guided her every step of the way.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, she earned her black belt in TaeKwonDo at 18 (though she’s retired now). Set the record in her hometown as the youngest woman elected when she became Councilwoman at 27 and ran for Mayor at 29. While politics wasn’t where her heart was, she left an indelible imprint that would follow her. 6 years later the newspapers were still talking about her insight and foresight. Long before meditation was popular Christi offered classes at lunchtime in stressed out legal firms to help employees relax. And spoke about the benefits at Senior Centers and Public Libraries.
From developing her own courses and processes, to writing her signature Soul Letters™ – Christi is a proven innovator and trend setter. With over 10 years of coaching experience working with all walks of life – the common denominator that establishes Christi’s credibility best is her heart. She’s a genuine leader who sets her intention on using her voice and her influence to uplift others to be their best self. And as a two-time cancer survivor she’s a fierce advocate for the priceless value of life and time.
Her formal education includes a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Rider University. And from Seton Hall University she obtained a MA in Diplomacy and International Relations with concentrations in Human Rights and Leadership. There’s no more profound influence in her life or her work than the sheer brilliance of her Soul and it’s purest wisdom.
