I use the animated boss as one layer, then use the Official Closed Pre-Alpha level editor for Just Shapes and Beats. (it is used for testing). I then use Vegas Pro 17 to the editor the videos and chroma key out the background in one and overlay it over the other. the original animation is amazing and you should see it. this is a custom boss fight and not in the official game of Just Shapes and Beats.
