As part of our new Belfast Bites food series we took a trip to the amazing Cuban Sandwich Factory on Botanic Avenue to speak with owner Carlos about what it's like to provide Belfast with his tasty, authentic Cuban food.

Carlos began working as a chef in Belfast over a decade ago, and first started serving Cuban Sandwiches at Saint George's Market in 2010. He has lived in many countries around the world but says he settled in Belfast because it feels like home.

As part of our Belfast Bites series we will travel to a new place each month to find out more about Belfast's tastiest food.
